We will work together to increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. All of my programs are designed individually and all offer the following:

Fitness Assessment

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment quantitatively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, a baseline cannot be determined and progress will not be accurately measured. The Fitness Assessment incorporates several measurements to achieve an accurate picture of your fitness level:

  • Body Fat
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical Endurance
  • Muscle Strength
  • Blood Pressure

Strength Training

We will follow a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. Our workouts will not be repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

Tracking Results

An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust the program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We will continually tailor the program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling

Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. We study the process and point out any of the hurdles or “triggers” we may come across along the way.

OngoingTraining and Support

We will practice the techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. These ideals will help guide you to a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
