This shake delivers all your vitamin C needs from just one orange, and cranberries provide a high dose of disease-fighting  phenols.  Adding honey to your post-workout protein shakes can increase amino acid uptake into your muscle cells for faster muscle growth.  Whey protein is not only the fastest digesting type of protein, but it has the most branched-chain amino acids which are critical for muscle growth.   For best results, drink up within 15 minutes after your workout.   Drink up and enjoy!
